Fillmore is known as the ‘Harlem of the West’ and is named after the famous Fillmore Auditorium. In the past decade it has benefitted from an extensive urban renewal program and the installation of a ‘Jazz District’ with jazz-themed venues and new condos.

Fillmore is adjoins ‘Japantown’, home to the city’s large community of Japanese descent. Here you’ll find Japanese restaurants, shops and a yearly Cherry Blossom festival!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
