This vacation apartment in San Francisco is a stylish and spacious home in one of San Francisco’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The living room has windows with views of the East Bay.  The living room is large with a fireplace and features a flat screen television.  There is also a Queen-sized pull out sofa bed.  There is a dining area next to the well equipped kitchen with excellent quality appliances and cabinets.  There is also a desk in the kitchen.

The master bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and a door opening to the garden.  There is also a modern bathroom in the master suite.  The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and an antique desk.  Furthermore the is another full bathroom.

The vacation apartment in San Francisco is located close to Buena Vista Park and within easy walking distance of Cole Valley, with its numerous restaurants and shops. The unit is also close to the well-known Castro district. The wonderful Randal Junior Museum is only two blocks away.

• • More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
  • Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental start date, the total rental amount is required.
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
