The Eco-Friendly Villa is built with coral bloks , equiped with solar power,rain water reservoirs, a well with semi salted water is used to fill the swimming pool. Note that the warm sea water is very healthy against rheumatism,also perfect to loose weight,it is a great natural cheap thalassotherapy.You will come back in pristine condition.

The Eco-Friendly Villa's cook Muramba will be pleased to prepare for you delicious African dishes with coconuts as well as what you like, he knows about European cuisine,he will fulfil your wishes with pleasure.Fishermen will come to the gate to offer their day catch,fish,lobster,prawns,crabs and the cook will prepare them for you. Just relax and let you pamper.

The Eco-Friendly Villa gardener Saïdi, will take you around the garden to show the different species of tropical trees and plants,also, he will be pleased to take you to Giriamas villages nearby. The Eco-FiendlyVilla 's night watchman will keep your nights peaceful.

The Eco-Friendly Villa is overlooking the forest to the Kilifi creek, north coast ,half-way between Mombasa and Malindi, from the large veranda facing west, wonderfull sunsets. On the Kenyan coast,half-way between Mombasa and Malindi,the Indian Ocean enters into the mainland, forming a deep inlet , which in English is better known as a "creek". In its narrowest place a bridge connects Mnarani to Kilifi ,while further inland, the creek widens into a lake and divides into dozens of channels,many of which are navigable.In this unique area the Eco-Friendly Villa is situated.

The beach 50 meters from the house has been the scenery to the French movie "L'Africain" from Philippe de Broca with Catherine Deneuve and Philippe Noiret.

The beaches on either side of the creek are very pleasant and doesn't suffer the seaweed problems as the Ocean beaches, no big waves, safe for children,local boatmen and hotels can arrange sailing trips around the creek .

The Eco-Friendly Villa is about 500 meters from Laguna Sea Lodge ,at Kilifi several local and international restaurants and hotels,post office,banks,ATM, 2 fruits and vegetables markets, they are both atmospheric and unaltered African places to peruse ,butcher and fish shops,supermarkets,wine and spirits,pharmacies,privat medical and dental hospital,bus station with easy and cheap connections to Malindi and Mombasa. Many Tuk Tuk go up & down Kilifi,taxis are also available, they can be hired for a whole day for excursions.

10 minutes drive with Tuk Tuk to Bofa Beach along the Indan ocean and Baobab Lodge.

All water sports are available at the hotels.Safaris can be booked at Kilifi.We are situated about 2 to 3 hours from game reserves Tsavo East & West,2 hours to Shimba Hills Forest Lodge.From Malindi or Mombasa airport to Lamu,Massaï Mara,Nairobi.Find the coral gardens at Watamu and Malindi on th way, Sokoke Forest,Gede ruins,Butterflies Farm.Towards Mombasa, Nature & forest trail,Bombolulu craft & culture center,Ngomongomongo culture center,Fort Jesus etc.....

Dhow tours on the creek are well recommanded with or without lobster pic nic on the beach.Departure can be arranged from your beach 50 meters from the house.

To visit nearby, Mnarani ruins about 200 meters from Mombasa-Malindi road,consisting of two mosques and a group of tombs, the snake farm,boatyard,Takaungo etc....
