This 3 bedroom Villa in Rome is a rare find. It's right in the heart of the Centro Storico and is located minutes from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps.

Located on four levels, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a living room, separate dining room and a huge fully equipped kitchen, luxury doesn't come better than this. This villa has been completely renovated and decorated throughout with tasteful decor, lovely furniture, original wooden beamed ceilings and a marble staircase that goes up to the third floor.

This is a property for the whole family. One the lower floor there's the fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. There's also a large kitchen dining table with chairs.

On the ground floor you have the living room with TV and two single sofabeds. This room leads into the dining room with large dining table and chairs. There's also a WC on this floor.

The marble staircase will take you up to the first floor where you have the first large bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.

On the second floor you'll find the villa's first terrace with chairs, the master bedroom, a third bedroom with a double bed in the loft and a bathroom with full tub and shower.

The third floor is a converted attic and the forth bedroom. Here you'll find the queen sized bed and a door that leads out to the second terrace.

This apartment has three air-conditioning units to ensure the whole house benefits from the cold air.

The Spanish Steps is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome; a daily busy hive of people shopping at the designer stores drinking at the upmarket bars and eating at excellent restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbourhood.
