This old country holiday villa in Rome dates back to the 16th century and is located north-east of Rome in the area of Sabina.

The Rome villa is immersed in rolling hills covered with olive trees that climb towards steeper mountains with vast forests of oak trees located near small medieval towns, castles and monasteries. This holiday villa in Rome sits at the top of a hill framed by thick woods and an olive grove with a breathtaking view over the valley of the Natural Reserve of “Tevere – Farfa”. It’s unique position offers both seclusion and privacy without being isolated. A short pleasant walk, just 400 meters, takes you to the nearby town of Forano.

The Rome villa is surrounded by a 5000 m² meticulously landscaped garden which includes a 4 X 12 meter pool, a pergola, an outdoor wood stove for cooking and a small guesthouse (45 m²) with a kitchenette and a bathroom.

“Il Campaniletto – completely renovated in 2001 – is tastefully and elegantly furnished to make its guests feel at home and relaxed.

The villa has two floors. The ground floor has an entrance, a spacious living room with fireplace, a large dining room, a roomy kitchen with fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms – one master bedroom with a fireplace, spacious loft and independent terrace, a second master bedroom with a loft, and a third twin bedroom – and a large bathroom with an outer bathroom, twin sinks and a tub.
