A stones throw from the Spanish Steps, it is in the very heart of the city and at a walking distance to the Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and Trastevere.

This luxurious Rome apartment is available for short term rental and has absolutely everything, including being completely remodelled by an Italian architect where you can enjoy the elegance of a real home and the comfort of all modern amenities.

The furniture is original "Deco"style and it is very beautiful. The floors are all in Italian black and white "Carrara" marble. The bathrooms have hand cut tiles but what impresses you most is the spaciousness and the attention the owner has taken for all the detail.

The apartment features a large entrance, a spacious living room with sofas and a beautiful dining room with a table for 8. Through the corridor you reach the main double bedroom with a large bathroom next door. At the end of the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the second bedroom and the second bathroom.

This Rome holiday apartment is in the Spanish Steps area which is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome; a daily busy hive of people shopping at the designer stores drinking at the upmarket bars and eating at excellent restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbourhood.
