This beautiful bright and spacious holiday apartment in Rome takes your breath away due to the 50 meter open terrace overlooking the Roman ancient roofs. This Rome apartment is located on the third floor of an ancient building near the Vatican. Available for short-term rental it is divided into two levels.

The first level features a large living room with a sofa bed for one. Close by is a bedroom with two single beds which can be converted into one double. Next to the bedroom you will find the bathroom and on the opposite side the fully equipped and separated kitchen.

The second level of this apartment rental provides a small bedroom (double or twin) and a lovely open terrace with a spectacular view of the city and mainly of the Saint Peter's Dome.

This flat was shared by 4 friends over 5 days in May and we really enjoyed it. Although the bedrooms were compact, the flat was very nice and the terrace a definitive bonus, of which we made full use. Nice condition and good location (close to the Vatican) for those who don't mind walking to the city centre.

A good location. Apartment clean and met our needs., would recommend this as being very central and within walking distance to most sights.Good variety of restaurants and shops in the area,.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
