Located in via del Corso, this is an elegant and well maintained apartment rental in Rome. Even though it's central, the apartment is quiet and it overlooks an internal courtyard of “Palazzo Doria Pamphili”.

This apartment rental features a large entrance, a separated and equipped kitchen and a loft with a sofa bed convertible into two real single beds. On the left side of the entrance, the living room offers a table for 6, TV and a double sofa bed.

On the opposite side of the living room, the sleeping area has a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This Rome apartment is located on the third floor with lift (2 steps before the lift)

Located in via del Corso, just around the corner of Piazza Venezia and the Trevi Fountain. This Rome apartment rental is a few minutes on foot at the Spanish steps, Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Navona.

The location in fabulous right in the town. Even though there is no underground nearby, the place is very close to a hub of bus station. A walking distant to tourist attactions.The room facilities are all in good quality; and the landlord is helpful.Worth every penny sepnt.

Our family was very impressed with the whole organisation of Holiday-Velvet. The apartment was just as advertised and the option of being pick-up at the airport was perfect, especially as we arrived late into Rome and would have found it difficult to get to the apartment.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
