This is a very peaceful and well appointed Rome apartment located just behind Saint Peter's Cathedral. Just outside the main door you can enjoy the beauty of the sculptures on top of the Basilica. Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Trastevere and all easy walking distance away.

This Rome apartment is luminous and charming and very well furnished with beautiful antiques pieces and all modern comforts.

There's also a spacious balcony overlooking a lovely garden which is uncommon to find in such a central area.

Third floor with elevator. This apartment comprises of a large living room wih a dining table. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom comes with twin beds.

This Rome apartment is in the Vatican area which is centrally located and walking distance the Centro Storico, the buildings in this area were mostly built in the late 1800's. Some streets have smaller buildings surrounded by courtyards and trees but most of the area consists of big buildings, wide streets and squares lined with trees.

Borgo is one of the most ancient areas in Rome and walking distance to plenty of exclusive fashion shops, bars and restaurants including the Cola di Rienza highstreet which offers some of Rome's best shopping. Castel Sant’Angelo is a fascinating complex started out as the Emperor Hadrian's mausoleum, then in the Middle Ages was made into a fortress, and in the Renaissance was outfitted with papal apartments. Now it’s one of the busiest tourist attractions and offers fantastic views across Rome. You’re only 10 minutes walk to Piazza Navona from here.

We had a good holiday, this apartment is ideally located for visiting the Vatician and the 64 bus at the end of the road took us to the many other sights which we wanted to visit. Bus fares were very cheap and the local restaurants were also very reasonable and served good food. The apartment itself was quant,clean and big enough for a family of four. The shutters were great for blocking out the street lights but it would be so much better with air-conditioning. The massive cupboards in the hallway blocked off all the light from the kitchen and they were locked and we could not use them. There was no wardrobes in the main bedroom!!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
