This Rome holiday apartment has beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, large windows and all modern comforts. Most of the furniture and upholstery is red that enhances the brightness of this apartment.

This Rome apartment features an entrance, a large living room with a comfortable sofa, TV set and a folding bed (extra single bed). From the living there is access to the double bedroom, to the second bedroom that offers a French sofa bed, the kitchen and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has also a dining area. The bathroom is divided into a part with sink and washing machine, a glass door separates the shower, the bidet and the wc.

This beautiful and warm Rome holiday apartment is at few steps from the Vatican Museum, very close to Saint Peter's and 20 minutes walk to Piazza Navona and Pantheon.

James and staff hit a home run with us in recommending the Vaticano II. We have already told several friends who will be traveling to Rome about our wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely well maintained and spotless. Paola was exceptionally helpful and recommended several restauraunt close by which exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood and general location near the Vatican was great. We also found ourselves close enough to walk to the many central attractions of Roma. Ihave and will highly recommend James and the Vaticano II.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
