This apartment rental in Rome has been completely renovated and furnished ( march 2009) with attention and care and comes with all modern comforts. Featuring two bedrooms, this Vatican rental can sleep up to 10 people in total. It comprises of a spacious living room with dining table and two sofa beds. The kitchen is well equipped and good for large groups.

The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable: one of them is quadruple with a double and a bunk bed. All double beds are convertible into singles.

The two bathrooms have the access from the entrance and they both have a standing shower. The apartment has beautiful wooden floors, high quality tiles for the bathrooms and the kitchen and a modern furniture.

This inviting apartment rental in Rome is at walking distance (300 meters) to Saint Peter's Basilica and is close to Trastevere, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori.

The accommodation is on the same floor of other two apartments ( Vaticano Piccolo that sleeps 6 people and Vaticano Medio that sleeps 8 people): these three apartments can be booked all together by a group of up to 24 people. This Rome apartment can also be connected with apartment Medio.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
