This magnificent and spacious Rome accommodation is close to the Spanish Steps; in the very heart of the city. From here, you'll be walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Campo dei Fiori, Trastevere and the Pantheon. Just outside of the main door of this apartment in Rome you will find the most exclusive shops and boutiques as well as excellent restaurants and bars.

This Rome accommodation has recently been refurbished including wooden floors and high ceilings. The beautiful furniture offers you the warmth of a real home and it's the perfect place for both families and couples looking for a romantic holiday in Rome.

The apartment features a large dining room with a chimney and a large living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. There is a separate, spacious and modern kitchen. The large bathroom is decorated with Italian hand cut tiles and has a stand up shower.The large double bedroom is bright and airy and there's a balcony that can be accessed from the bedroom ofering views down onto the streets below.

This Rome accommodation is in the Spanish Steps area which is an upmarket area where you'll find some of the best shopping in Rome. You'll be surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and bars and this is the most sophisticated in the city.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighborhood.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and had air conditioning in the bedroom which was very welcome! The bedroom was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was very poor - a real trickle of water. The kitchen was really useful but not very well eqipped - no cork screw, bottle opener or tea towels or wine glasses. The lady who greeted us on arrival spoke quite poor English which was not that helpful. Overall a good sized apartment (especially for Rome) in a great location. Expensive but the location is what you pay for.

Excellent location. Nicely decorated, spacious apartment. Having a full kitchen and washing machine was very handy. Only bad points: lots of street noise, but what do you expect on the first floor in the Center of Rome ... and the dishwasher didn't work.

Excellent location, very close to Plaza di Spana, near to many restaurants and just few steps from the Metro station. The appartment was very clean and the owner was also very friendly. We jsut had a few issue with the toilet but really minor. Overall I would highly recommend to stay in Trinita drei Monti.

Hi JB! We are back home again, after wonderful days in Italy! The apt at Trinita dei Monti was exceptionally well located, very comfortably furnished and Mr. Corrado is a very nice person, a real gentleman. We enjoyed our days in Rome a lot. If I were asked what would better the apt, Iâ€™d say a better furnished kitchen gadget (cutting board, better knives and a couple of coffee mugs and wine glasses). I will recommend this place to my friends, and if I have the opportunity to visit Rome again, I will not hesitate to rent this apt again!

The fantastic location of Trinita dei Monti meant that we never got lost in Rome. It was close to several wonderful sites and lots of shopping and great restaurants. It was clean and more than enough space for our 3 night stay. Checking the price before we left it would have cost us (family of 4) 200 euros more and we would have been crammed into a small room. We were met by the owner who showed us around the flat and then left to our own devices. We had a great time and it was all problem free. Thank you for your help securing this property and we will be contacting you for our next trip abroad.

Hi James, Sorry for not letting you know about our arrival time. We were unsure at the time and didnt have a phone with us. As it turned out we phoned the emergency number and our information was sent to the owner. We arrived at the apartment and the owner was there waiting for us. It was great. The apartment was fantastic. So central to everything and great to have it so close to a major a attraction which made it easy to return to after getting lost all around Rome. We had a fabulous time and felt like locals in the apartment. Thank you for suggesting such a great place and please thank the owner. When we decide to travel again we will look through all your other properties. I have already given your website to a couple of friends about to travel. Thanks again.

My husband and I loved the apartment. It was large, clean and convenient to most sites. We walked everywhere and were also right next to the metro. The landlord was there to greet us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. This is a lovely, well kept apartment. The only draw back is the noise. Bring earplugs. I am in debt to James at Holiday Velvet for answering all of my questions and for always being so prompt and kind with answers He was very helpful. Thank you, S. Udy Virginia, USA

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
