This luxury apartment in Rome is probably the grandest accommodation in the center of Rome and a rare find, this is an entire ancient house or "palazzo" that has been refurbished for the last 4 years. The result is an elegant and modern Rome apartment located at the center of the triangle Pantheon - Trevi Fountain - Piazza Venezia.

GROUND FLOOR
On entering this Rome apartment your step into a grand living room, an enormous space with a modern fireplace and the lift to the other floors. There is a television and comfortable furniture. You will also find a connected room with a coffee & tea making area and small furnished kitchenette.

FIRST FLOOR
Take the lift to go to the first floor or climb the few steps from the living room. 3 double bedrooms await you on the first floor. All have ensuite bathrooms. These bathrooms have modern showers and one has a tub. The floors are parquetry.

BASEMENT
Take a few steps down for the tea and coffee making room and after admiring an ancient column found during the refurbishment work, you arrive in the basement where there is another one bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

TOP FLOOR
Take the lift to the top floor and be greeted by an gigantic terrace.

The entire complex is served by remote control lighting, DVD and closed circuit inner security cameras and door bell, electronic alarms, cable and satellite TV as well as sensors with remote control air condition, heating, cooling with self governing fresh air input
and circulation.

About Rome Trevi Fountain

This luxury apartment in Rome is located near to the Trevi Fountain and is the most famous of all the Roman fountains. It is also known as the fountain where Anita Ekberg cooled off at night in Fellini's film "La Dolce Vita". Legend says that if you toss a coin over your shoulder and into the fountain, you will one day return to the eternal city.

The area was called in the 18th century Roman slang "er ghetto de l'inglesi" (the English ghetto). Now it is a homely area and an ideal location for exploring Rome by foot, as all major attractions - the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona - are in short walking distance. The area is replete with cafes, restaurants, internet cafes, trattorias and gelato shops.

Although the area is very touristic, when renting an apartment in the Trevi Fountain area you will get to know the true romantic and picturesque facets of Rome.
