This holiday apartment in Rome is located in Palazzo Lazzaroni which is an ancient palace located minutes from theTrevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. You'll also be walking distance to the Pantheon, Navona Square and Campo dei Fiori from the apartment.

This Rome apartment is available for short term rental and is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of an ancient palazzo and even though it's been completely restored, the owner has kept the wooden beams ceilings and paraquet flooring in tact.

This Rome apartment comprises of a large living room with two single sofa bed beds and a TV. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with french size double bed. There are also two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with shower.

There is also a balcony where you can enjoy wonderful views across the rooftops of the local area.

About Rome Trevi Fountain

This holiday apartment in Rome is near the Trevi Fountain which is the most famous of all the Roman fountains. It is also known as the fountain where Anita Ekberg cooled off at night in Fellini's film "La Dolce Vita". Legend says that if you toss a coin over your shoulder and into the fountain, you will one day return to the eternal city.

The area was called in the 18th century Roman slang "er ghetto de l'inglesi" (the English ghetto). Now it is a homely area and an ideal location for exploring Rome by foot, as all major attractions - the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona - are in short walking distance. The area is replete with cafes, restaurants, internet cafes, trattorias and gelato shops.

Although the area is very touristic, when renting an apartment in the Trevi Fountain area you will get to know the true romantic and picturesque facets of Rome.
