It is bright, elegant and well decorated with a predominance of the colour violet. This short term rental features a wide room divided into a sleeping area with a comfortable queen size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and a dining table for four. Behind the dining table, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Close to the queen size bed a sliding door introduce you to the comfortable bathroom with shower.

 Perfect location - just a few minutes away from Santa Maria and the best of Trastevere. A beautiful open-air market is just down the street every morning. Beautiful space - neat, clean and modern. (02-04-2012) The apartment was small but fine for us - 2 adults & 2 children (aged 8 & 10yrs). The Trastevere location is great! We had dinner around the area every night of our stay! ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Rome rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Rome. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
