This unique Rome apartment is a real home furnished in a modern and warm way offering all complete comfort that overlooks an internal courtyard. Recently renovated while keeping the beautiful old "Cotto" floors and high, vaulted ceilings.

This Rome apartment features a long entrance that leads to the spacious living room. This room offers comfortable sofas and a dining area, and beautiful wooden stair case leading up to a loft with a single bed. The two bedrooms are one double with a walking closet on the loft and the other has twin beds.

The separated kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious bathroom has a tub/shower.

Visit the church of Santa Maria in Trastevere and admire the faded palazzi while you relax in one of the bars lining the square. Trastevere is also only 10 minute walk to the Centro Storico.
