Bright, charming Rome accommodation with wood ceilings, located in the heart of Trastevere on the third floor (without elevator) of an ancient building. This is a wonderful Rome apartment and perfect for couples and families.

This Rome accommodation comprises one large double bedroom, a living room with a queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen corner, dining for 4 and a bathroom with shower. Complete with linens, towels, stove, dishes, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, microwave, iron - iron board –Internet wifi and TV with satellite.

This Rome accommodation is located in the quite side of Trastevere, next to Piazza Santa Cecilia, one minute walk from Piazza of Santa Maria in Trastevere, 10 minutes from Campo di Fiori, 15 from Piazza Navona or Pantheon.

The property was ideally located for walking to all of the main tourist attractions in Rome, and was tucked away in a charming neighborhood with great restaurants and a grocery store steps away. The walk up to the fourth floor was good exercise. It was an excellent value for the price and was equipped with everything you would need or want. There were three of us, and the small space was just right. A local club two doors down was very popular at night and the crowd and noise spilled out into the street until the early morning hours. With windows closed, though, it was possible to soften the noise. We would love to return to Rome again and would definitely consider staying in the same apartment.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
