This welcoming AND beautifully furnished Rome apartment rental (100 sqm) is near Villa Borghese Park and is located on Via Salaria on the first floor of an attractive 19th century building.

The Rome apartment rental has two bedrooms; one with double bed, the other with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; one with a stall shower, the other with bath tube/shower.
Both rooms have a ceiling fans.

There is a big living-room with colour TV, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a small laundry-room with a wash machine.

The Rome apartment rentals is located in a particularly elegant neighbourhood, not far from via Veneto and Pizza di Spagna.

One of de most important museums in the world is located here: The Borghese Museum, which includes works of Caravaggio, Bernini, Canova and other masters. This area has a fine selection of shops and restaurants. There is also a typical daily open market.

The area is well served by public transportation to the most important streets, squares and historical monuments, such as the Coliseum, the Forum, the Vatican etc. The railroad station –Station Termini- is not far from the apartment -15 minute by taxi.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
