Although central, this apartment in Rome is full of light, very spacious and quiet. It features contemporary furniture and all modern comforts. KITCHEN: gas stove, sink, big refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, dish washer, washing machine, 1 window. STUDIO: 1single sofa bed, 1 arm chair, 1 TV set, 1 small table, A/C. TWIN BEDROOM 1: 2 single beds (90 cm width), 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe, 1 window overlooking the street, A/C. TWIN BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds (90 cm width), 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe, 1 window, 1 French Window with small balcony overlooking internal courtyard, A/C. BATHROOM (with access from the 2 bed rooms): sink, large standing shower, WC, bidet, 1 window. Apartment: 100 sqmt - 3rd floor with lift (11 steps before the lift)

 We had a lovely stay at the Seminario Apartment. It was clean and quite large and roomy with a full kitchen. The location was perfect and central to all the major sites in Rome. We walked everywhere. There were many lovely restaurants in the area and it was just a minutes walk to the Pantheon. The owner was there when we arrived and was very helpful and even brought us a DVD player for our teenagers to watch shows at night. We were there in the winter and the apartment stayed nice and warm the whole time. We had a wonderful time in Rome and would definitely stay at the Seminario Apartment again. ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Rome rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Rome. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
