This one bedroom apartment in Rome comes with a wonderful terrace and it's located 2 minutes walk from the Pantheon. Located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator this holiday rental can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

This is a well maintained and beautifully furnished apartment right in the heart of the city. There is a one bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage spavce. The comfortable living room has a TV, a sofa bed and chairs. There is also a dining table for 4 people.

The kitchen is well equipped for a family and there are two bathrooms.

This vacation Apartment in Rome is in the Pantheon area in Rome which seems to have stood still in time. Made of cobblestone streets, small piazzas and many many gelaterias, anyone staying in this part of the historical center of Rome is bound to love it. The area is close to the Trevi Fountain on one end and the Piazza Navona on the other, so that you are at the epicenter of Rome's must-see sites.

The property was excellent, all beautifully clean with wonderfull cotton bed linen. The balcony was small but really delightful. We enjoyed our stay enormously.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
