There is one double bed and a double sofa bed in the same room. The bathroom comes with a stand up shower and the kitchenette is well equipped and located just off a small dining area.

This apartment is on the ground floor but you will need to climb one flight of stairs and then down another to get to the apartment.

Perfect location. Apartment was adequate for 2, but would be a bit cramped for more. Offer of breakfast was very kind, but unfortunately we couldn't make use of the coffee left for us as there was no kettle, and it took ages to boil water on the hob! Also, the buzzer was pressed several times during the night-times which was annoying. Overall the holiday was amazing and the apartment was convenient and we were hardly in it to be honest!

Good location in the middle of Trastevere, and friendly host. Nice, clean with all you need. We will come back some day.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 night rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
