This Rome holiday apartment in Trastevere is located by the Tiber River, between Castel Sant'Angelo and the Tiberina Island. In front of you, you have the bridge Principe Amedeo di Savoia.

This short term rental apartment is spacious and bright. From the entrance, you step into the wide living room, furnished with a sofa bed for two plus a single sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. On the right side of the apartment the master bedroom with a double bed a big wardrobe and en suite bathroom with tub-shower. On the left part of the apartment a twin bedroom, the only one looking over the internal part of the building, a huge wardrobe and the second bathroom with shower.
All the windows are double glazed and the whole apartment has air conditioning except for the twin bedroom.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
