This holiday apartment in Rome is located in the Spanish Steps area and was once the convent of Saint Charles, the adjacent church. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, from where you gain access to the bathroom with shower.

The living room is light, elegant and silent, complete with dining table and chairs and a comfortable sofa in the corner. The first bedroom has a single bed that contains a pull-out bed. The built-in wardrobe and a useful desk complete the furniture.

The second bedroom is a large comfortable bedroom with a double bed. It has independent heating and during the summer months, the accommodation is cool, thanks to its position and the thickness of the ancient walls. The apartment can accommodate up to four people and is fully equipped.

This finely decorated and furnished holiday apartment in Rome is on the second floor (no lift) of the building which was once the convent of Saint Charles, the adjacent church, which is situated in the centre of Via del Corso, right opposite the prestigious Plaza Hotel. Despite the many passersby, the apartment is extremely silent, as it faces onto the cloister of the church. Among the prestigious Italian fashion stores are art galleries, jewellers’ and places of artistic interest, such as the splendid church of S.Andrea delle Fratte with its wonderful XVI century cloister

The area is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in the city and extremely central, in fact it is the daily destination of all those who want to enjoy a cultural walk around the city or some less demanding shopping. There are hundreds of shops, mainly boutiques, in the surrounding area of the Spanish steps, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Venezia.

The underground stop Spagna, many buses and the nearby taxi rank in Via dei Condotti, enable you to quickly reach any destination which you don’t want to walk to. The Trevi Fountain and Pantheon are in fact just a few minutes walk.
