This delightful Rome apartment is located right front of the Vatican walls on the side of Piazza Risorgimento. The apartment has a breathless view on the Vatican city, the gardens and the dome, and being on the fifth floor (with elevator) it is very luminous and quiet.

This is a very homely apartment and perfect for families. This Rome apartment comprises of a living room with a french size sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms: one with shower and the other with tub-shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Vatican is centrally located and walking distance to the Centro Storico; the buildings in this area were mostly built in the late 1800's. Some streets have smaller buildings surrounded by courtyards and trees but most of the area consists of big buildings, wide streets and squares lined with trees.

Borgo (the area just behind the Vatican) is walking distance to plenty of exclusive fashion shops, bars and restaurants including the Cola di Rienza high street which offers some of Rome's best shopping.

Castel Sant’Angelo is a fascinating complex started out as the Emperor Hadrian's mausoleum, then in the Middle Ages was made into a fortress, and in the Renaissance was outfitted with papal apartments. Now it’s one of the busiest tourist attractions and offers fantastic views across Rome. You’re only 10 minutes walk to Piazza Navona from here.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
