It's located in a small street that runs along the river Tiber and is quiet and tranquil in a busy tourist area. From here you'll also be walking distance from Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori and the Trevi Fountain,

This fine property is on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a beautiful ancient XVII century building and is very luminous and spacious.

The entrance ceiling has an antique XVII beamed wood ceiling. This Rome apartment is divided into one entrance / seating room, one large dining room, one double bathroom, one bath with tub/shower and one kitchen.

The kitchen and the bathroom ceilings are quite low (M. 1.75).

The Spanish Steps is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome; a daily busy hive of people shopping at the designer stores drinking at the upmarket bars and eating at excellent restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbourhood.
