Quiet and completely remodelled, this Rome vacation apartment rental has wonderful wooden floors, a beautiful restored beamed ceiling, sophisticated tapestries and highest quality in fittings, furniture and amenities. Located in a private street where the Roman Philharmonic's gardens are.

The Rome accommodation features a wide living room with dining area and a beautiful, fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

Through a corridor, you'll reach the two large double bedrooms and the triple bedroom (double bed + single sofa-bed). All bedrooms have "en suite" hand painted tiles bathrooms (one with tub/shower and two with showers).

This magnificent Rome vacation apartment rental, bursting with atmosphere is at only 10 minutes walking from Piazza del Popolo: one of the most beautiful square in Rome. It is also walking distance to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain as well as Saint Peter's.

The location is great - right near Popolo square.The property was clean. Everything was working - in bathrooms and in kitchen. Some renewal is needed for kitchen bar chairs - they were creaking. All other staff was great. Overall this apartment is cozy and nice.

The property was very stylish and clean. The lady who owns it lives in the apartment downstairs and is extremely helpful with directions, suggestions for restaurants, etc. There were many little extras at this property that made the stay a 5 star!

Rental description is just as it is! Good location in quiet leafy residential area and a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The apartment is very clean with good sized bedrooms and bath/shower rooms and a well-equipped modern small kitchen area. Paola is very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tourist advice. Good value for money and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. I would also thoroughly recommend the aiport transfer through Holiday Velvet too. It was also a 4 star service!

I think the apartment was very nice, and extremely spacious.The only downside was that the distance from the nearest landmark. The apartment said it was near the spanish steps. Actually the apartment was around 20-30 min walk from the steps

We enjoyed our holiday very much, and wish to thank James Burrows sincerely for the meticulous arrangements. The appartment was extremely tasteful and clean, and we really appreciated Paola's welcome as we arrived. She made us feel very important, and was very thorough in relaying the necessary information for our vacation. The location of our appartment was ideally central for our needs and purpose, and consequently I'm certain we shall be be returning! The Ramses is a spacious, modern apartment with great decor and design detail. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the efficient airport transfer on our last day, our Holiday Velvet stay was perfect. The apartment was conveniently located (about a 10-minute walk) near Piazza del Popolo and Metro.

Incredible value. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and air conditioned. It is located about 10 minutes from Piazza de Popolo and the Metro station. There were many restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. The proprietor couldn't have been any more accommodating. I would stay here again.

This would have been 5 star if the air conditioning had worked in the bedrooms. The apartment was great - clean and with good amenities. Close to the centre. I would recommend this apartment and Holiday Velvet. (The taxi driver was great and it was so easy getting picked up at the door).

Location was perfect just walking distance to the sights with the choice of Metro, Bus and Tram. Appartment was lovely and comfortable and of high standard with air condition and all the facilities to make it an enjoyable stay.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
