Vacation Rental Description

This recently restored apartment in Rome is on the first floor of a modern building with a doorman and lift. This spacious Rome apartment has beautiful wooden floors, furniture and very unique doors with black wood and crystals.

This vacation rental is composed by a big entrance hall, a large and elegant living room with two sofa beds: one convertible into a double bed, the other can be changed into a single bed. The room also features a large table that sits up to 10 people.

On the sleeping area you will find a master bed room with a double bed and a second large bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed. The twin-bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with shower, while the bathroom with tub/shower is located just outside the double bed room. Near the entrance you will find the completely equipped kitchen that is very spacious and has a dining area for breakfast. The luxury apartment is located on the first floor with a lift.

The apartment in Rome is located in Via Gregorio VII, just a few steps away from St. Peter’s Square, centrally located and within walking distance to the Centro Storico; the buildings in this area were mostly built in the late 1800's. Some streets have smaller buildings surrounded by courtyards and trees but most of the area consists of big buildings, wide streets and squares lined with trees.

Borgo (the area just behind the Vatican) is within walking distance to plenty of exclusive fashion shops, bars and restaurants including the Cola di Rienza high street which offers some of Rome's best shopping.

Castel Sant’Angelo is a fascinating complex started out as the Emperor Hadrian's mausoleum, then in the Middle Ages was made into a fortress, and in the Renaissance was outfitted with papal apartments. Now it’s one of the busiest tourist attractions and offers fantastic views across Rome. You’re only 10 minutes walk to Piazza Navona from here.
