The two windows/doors give you access to a beautiful balcony overlooking the street below with a view of beautiful buildings of the past century.

From the studio area and the kitchen you have access to the large and beautiful terrace overlooking internal court yards. This terrace is fully equipped and offers the fantastic experience to enjoy summer lunches and dinners.

Through a long hall, you will reach the two bedrooms. The double bedroom is completely furnished and has an en suite bathroom with shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast area.
