This beautiful and stylish Rome apartment has elegance and is located in the most central and unique location in Rome; Via Babuino, right between the Spanish Steps and Piazza Del Popolo; about 100 metres from each monument.

A short walk and you are in Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon or The Forum.

This wonderful Rome apartment is magnififcently decorated.

There are three spacious bedrooms. One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms each come with twin beds. There is a second bathroom with shower.

The floor is hard wood, the kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped and the bathrooms are tastefully furnished. Although the apartment has been completely remodelled, it has kept a characteristic Italian charm.

The apartment is on the second floor with lift.

The Spanish Steps is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome; a daily busy hive of people shopping at the designer stores drinking at the upmarket bars and eating at excellent restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighborhood.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
