Location was fabulous. Only walking distance to the absolute centre of Rome. Apartment was very well cleaned. Only complaint was that our towels weren't changes even once during our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect

The apartment was lovely and extremely clean, and the owner was very charming. Rome is a noisy city! and the apartment is next to a tram line; you can FEEL the trams passing when you're in the bedroom. But most apartments are probably quite noisy. Ideally there would have been a little more kitchen equipment (wine glasses, bowls...), but everything in the apartment (oven, heating, hot water, DVD player etc) was easy to use and worked well. Two weeks were not enough!

We loved this apartment! Our flight arrived very late in the evening, and the owner had purchased, milk, coffee, and water for us, as she knew it would be too late for us to pick anything up for the morning. She also very graciously made dinner reservations for us since we don't speak much Italian. The apartment was exactly as the pictures depicted and was a close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Piazza di Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navano, and the Pantheon. Although we travel overseas often, this was the first time we stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel. I can't imagine traveling any other way now. It was fabulous to be able to go to the morning markets and cook a few meals of our own. We also loved that we had so much more room in an apartment than a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Rome. It was not long enough. Having a place to stay that was very homey allowed us to relax. I would have liked more cooking equipment. Not enough pots and no frying pan. Otherwise PERFECT

Very nice apartment, located in a convenient place away from the turisty area but still very close to the city center, so we could walk everywhere. Very nice bathroom, nice large dining area and confortable bed. Very good pricequality relationship. The owner was super nice and thoughtful, always asking if we needed anything else or if everything was fine. I would recomend this apartment since it's a homey apartment, great for a family of 3 or 4.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
