A very exclusive apartment in Rome located in one of the most exclusive streets in the city, via Margutta. You'll be only a few minutes from the Spanish Steps. This unique accommodation has a private entrance at street level beautifully decorated with black and white Italian marbles.

Through a large spiral staircase, you will reach the apartment at the first floor. At the left side of the stairs this apartment features a large living room with plenty of space for a sofa bed for two, a desk corner and a dining area. Close by the living room is the kitchen, completely separated and fully equipped. At the right side of the kitchen, the bathroom has a shower.

On the right side of the stair you will find the large bed room. This room, like the whole apartment, has beautiful antique furniture and very elegant upholstery. The beautiful chandeliers, the important oil paintings, the Persian carpets and the very modern light spots, make this apartment a luxurious property with all comforts and amenities.
