This enchanting Rome luxury accommodation rental is only 50 meters from Campo dei Fiori and offers a very large terrace with a wonderful view overlooking the “Palazzo della Cancelleria”.

This short term stay apartment in Rome, Italy has been completely restored and is luminous and quiet. You step directly into the living room that has a dining table and a sofa bed convertible into a double bed, two door windows with two small balconies overlooking the beautiful Palazzo della Cancelleria. The open kitchen is close by the dining table and it is fully equipped.

The bedroom is warm and romantic with another door window and a modern arch. At the end of a small corridor, you will find the bath room. Through a covered stair case you'll reach the beautiful terrace that is green, spacious and completely equipped with dining table, deck chairs and umbrella.

This Rome Accommodation is in Campo di Fiori and close to the Jewish Ghetto and Piazza Navona. The Vatican is also just across the river Tiber. This ancient piazza is at the heart of Rome and has become a popular spot for people to hang out to admire wonderful Renaissance and Baroque buildings, street artists, musicians and poets. By day Campo de' Fiori is dominated by a world famous outdoor food market. By late afternoon a large team of street cleaners have removed any trace of the market and it becomes the lazy hangout for those having a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many outdoor bars lining the piazza. In the summer people spill out of the bars into the piazza and it has a party like atmosphere. The area always has a vibrant feel and is home to some of the best restaurants in town.

We had a wonderful time in Panoramic apartment. The location was fantastic, very central and walkable to al lthe major sights. The location was perfect and Campo dei Fiori was definately the place to be and exactly how you would picture Rome in your mind. Narrow cobbled streets, lovely restaurants, cafes and bars and good shops and market. 72 narrow steps after a long day shopping or sightseeing was hard going though so you need to be prepared for that. The roof terrace was a wonderful bonus but, if I had to find fault the furniture was a bit grubby. The bathroom was also a bit tired and the shower needed a scrub but it all added to the overall ambience in a strange way. Put it this way, whenever we go back to Rome, we will stay in Campo dei Firori and this apartment without any doubt.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
