We were two couples and had the mirror image connecting one bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartments. There is a connecting door which when opened makes the living room one large room. The units have very nice patios. The circular staircases are quite steep and would be difficult for very small children or anyone who has problems climbing stairs. The apartments are lovely and spacious. Amalia, who manages the apartments, is close by and very helpful. The location is five star about 3 1/2 blocks from the Spanish Steps. The main bathrooms are large and well appointed. We would definitely stay in these units again.

What a great place to stay! In the center of everything, clean and with very friendly people. Be sure to give my regards to Mario, the concierge! We will be going to Rome again and will hope for the same apartment.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
