This accommodation in Rome is a romantic attic located just minutes from the Pantheon. The wonderful beamed ceilings and tiled flooring give this Rome apartment a warm and cosy feel.

The living room has been recently renovated and are based in sunlight from skylights above. There is a real fireplace and a single sofa bed for a 3rd person. There is a large double bed in the bedroom.

The modern bathroom features a jacuzzi and high quality bathroom fittings. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, four burners, kettle, toaster and lots of utensils.

This accommodation in Rome is located near to the Pantheon. From here you'll be only a short walk to all the sights of the city as well as being surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Rome. You can't get much closer than this.

The property is quite nice and in a very good location though it can be a litle noisy at nigh if you will open the windows (the aircon. was out of freon during our stay, therefore we opened the windows). Will be a little hard for an older people to go up the 4th floor without lift. In overall nice.

This is a charming apartment in a pedestrian area one block from the Pantheon. It is on a quiet street lined with restaurants, shops and an Internet Point.The apartment is pristine and well appointed. It is completely comfortable, with 1 bedroom and a sofa in the living room (if you want to use the sofa, you'll need to tell them to bring sheets for it). The people on the website are very responsive, and even though our plane was 4 hours late, the apartment manager was ready to meet us. Take a taxi from the train station (and expect to pay no more than 3 or 4 Euros) to meet the owner at the front of the apartment.We were completely happy with our stay... both in the apartment and with Holiday Velvet.We suggest to the owners that they provide 2 sets of towels for each person during a 4+ night stay...Count on bringing your own basic condiments (salt, pepper) and dish soap. Apartments in Italy do not tend to provide these.The price of the place is market value -- that is it is in line with what apartments cost in Rome. But more to the point, an apartment was SO much better for us than a hotel. It's lots of beautiful, clean, aesthetic space, in a neighborhood, for the same or less than a hotel. Having experienced apartments in Rome, Florence and Venice this trip, I'd never do it any other way.To get to the Internet Point from this apartment, at street level turn right, wind through the pedestrian street for about a block or so. Then as the street opens up, the Internet Point is on the left. Buy a card and keep it if you're going to Florence and maybe other cities. To get to the Pantheon, at street level , turn left, go a block. Then Piazza Narvona is just one block beyond that, with wonderful fountains and incredible street mimes.The apartment was so centrally located, and was very quiet. We were completely happy!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
