This beautiful and spacious Rome apartment comes with a lovely and spacious garden and is walking distance to one of the oldest bridges in Rome; Ponte Milvio. You can easily connect to the historical center by bus, (15 minutes to the Vatican) and (20 to the Spanish Steps). This is the ideal home for a family or group of friends on vacation.

This apartment in Rome has been completely remodelled with all modern conveniences. It is elegantly furnished with beautiful wooden cupboards, beautiful paintings and objects.

There is no doubt that his property is a real home. It features a large living room with dining area, sofa bed for two and an open, completely equipped kitchen. From tthe living room you have access to the garden with a wide terrace where you can dine even in winter time as there are gas heaters provided. Plenty of high trees and flowers offer a unique spot for relaxing.

From a small corridor you can enter the two bedrooms: one with double bed and the other with single bed. The bathroom comes with a large shower.

About Rome Other

Ponte Milvio is one of Rome’s loveliest and most ancient bridges. It was originally built around the 3rd century BC and was where a few centuries later the Emperor Constantine won a famous battle against Maxentius conquering Rome for Christianity. Its monumental gateway was an 18th cent. addition and although now a pedestrian area, until only a few years ago the bridge was still open to traffic.

There are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity and a fantastic bar that's open only during the summer offering views of the bridge and the river below. This is a typically Roman area and a wonderful place for families to stay. There is also a fabulous antique market held every Sunday.
