We had a fantastic stay in Miele. There was 3 couples in our group, all mid 30's. We all had plenty of space. Our rooms were spacious and well equipped with double beds, full ensuite bathrooms with showers, wardrobes and plenty of mirrors. The apartment was clean, we had plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. The management team Paola and Alessandra were on hand for all our questions and phone calls. They helped us out with more towels, calling a taxi for us to get to a wedding when it was raining. We organised the taxi service to and from the airport through the Holiday Velvet booking form. This worked out extremely well for us. The driver was waiting for us, we had plently of room, there was air con, all our bags fit in. The drivers were friendly and chatty. All in all we were all delighted with how well the apartment worked out for us. The apartment is located in a quiet area but that didn't bother us. It was a 500 meter walk to Piazza Del Popolo which is the start of everything including the main shopping streets. There were local restaurants and bars that were lovely. There are shops and a pharmacy at the end of our road but they were closed over the weekend which was a pity. We should have stocked up more on the Friday had we known. I highly recommend this apartment!

I stayed in this apartment with two travel companions in October of 2010. We were on a budget and were tempted by the price of the accommodations as well as the pictures on the website. I have to say, the place was just as pictured; clean and well maintained and with plenty of towels and such. The owner lives right next door and was extremely friendly. We loved that there were so many bedrooms (roomy enough in my opinion) and three bathrooms, all en suite. The kitchen is extremely small. I think the owner must have sacrificed kitchen space for the 3 bed/ 3 bath, but this worked well for us being that we had no plans to cook.The cons of the place; it's quite far from a transportation hub. We ended up walking tremendously. I wouldn't particularly recommend for the elderly, because we are late 20s and early 30s and it was exhausting for us, especially with our ambitious sight seeing schedules. Also, not a lot of places to eat in the area, and the supermarket across the st closed at what seemed at 6.Great place for budget conscious traveler who does not want to sacrifice cleanliness and space, however must be willing to walk quite a bit; it is definitely the out skirts of hustle and bustle (it's quiet enough at night. Maybe too quiet)

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
