This large Rome Holiday Apartment in Termini, is situated in one of the most elegant residential area in town and in near distance to the “Villa Borghese Park” and Via Veneto. Furthermore it is well connected to Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

This Rome accommodation is spacious and luminous. It is elegantly decorated and a few pieces of furniture are antiques. It contains an entrance that leads to the living room and the dining room. The living room provides a beautiful seating area with TV and a large sofa and next to it you will find the dining room that has a large table for 10. The kitchen is fully equipped.

An alley gives the access to the sleeping area that contains two large bedrooms: the first with double bed and the second one has a comfortable double sofa bed and a single bed.

Positive: The accomadation was very spacious in a very good location with easy access to all areas of the city. The owner was a really lovely kind lady who spoke excellent english. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here. Negative: The correct address was not given by the agency. All the information given was the name of the road and area. It was really difficult to find out adequate information to establish where the apartment actually was. Advice to agency to give complete accurate information regarding addresses

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
