This fully refurbished Rome apartment near the Spanish Steps has terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings throughout. It is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful palazzo and there is a short flight of steps to the elevator.

Although the beamed ceiling is lower at one end, the placement of the furniture has been carefully planned to accommodate this and is therefore not an issue.

The living room of this Rome apartment has a single sofa bed, comfortable seating and a TV. There is a separate double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a really nice kitchen, fully equipped and with a dining area in the middle.

The Spanish Steps is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome, pumping daily with people, designer stores and upmarket bars and restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street.

The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighborhood.

There is a metro station just outside the Spanish Steps from which you can reach Rome's main train station "Roma Termini".
