This holiday apartment in Rome was recently remodelled and is quiet, luminous, and well furnished offering a warm and cosy atmosphere. This short term rental features a large entrance and on the left you will find the large, well equipped kitchen with a table for 6. In front of the entrance a small hall introduces you to the two bedrooms where each one has a bathroom, one with a shower and the other one with a tub, close by.

The living room of this holiday apartment, which is on the right side of the entrance, offers a comfortable bed (cm. 140) and a nice sitting area with Satellite TV.

Fifth floor with lift (starting from the first floor).

This lovely apartment in Rome is located at few steps from the entrance of the fantastic Shopping Center of the "Termini" Railway station and from the Metro Line A. The Trevi Fountain is just 2 stops away and the Spanish Steps only 3.

Furthermore, the area offers a wide variety of shops, boutiques, supermarkets as well as restaurants and cafes to choose from.

This apartment was excellent. We were a party of five friends and it accomodated our needs perfectly. The owner was great and gave us many helpful tips. I would def stay again if I return to Rome.

I highly recommend this apartment. Very spacious!! Large rooms. Bedrooms quiet and separate from living room and kitchen. It was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms. Location very handy--right across from train station and the subway system. GREAT APARTMENT. Would stay here again and would recommend to my friends.

The Italian Dream is a lovely apartment. But beware: The description indicates that there is an elevator, and we chose it because we were traveling with my 92 year-old mother who cannot manage more than a few steps. What the description does NOT mentions is that THIS APARTMENT HAS 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS to go up before you reach the elevator. They had to change our accommodations while we waited, jet lagged and unable to lie down until afternoon. They did, to their credit, find us another apartment by that afternoon. If stairs are not an issue, this apartment is very comfortable and even has a living room, which the the other one did not.

Apartment was exceptionally well appointed, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Conveniently located accross from Train and Bus station, with great restaurants close by. Outstanding value for money.

The accommodation was very good - spacious and clean. The area is just a little down market but we did not experience any difficulty in getting around - we felt quite safe. It was very convenient to all transport which is a big plus.

My overall stay was excellent, appartment was very clean, lots of space with good facilities. Location is very good as its just outside terrmini station. Service from appartment rep while in rome was first class only down side wasbefore i went i had a lot of trouble contacting holiday velvet as main telephone seems to be diverted to mobiles with poor reception. would recommend this accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
