Rome accommodation Il Bosco is one of two suites in via Margutta, which is one of the most beautiful streets running down from Piazza di Spagna. It's situated in a unique 17C building, made famous as the location for the film in Roman Holiday. Via Margutta is home to galleries, antique shops and great restaurants.

The Margutta Suites have been recently renovated and were once owned by the artist "Sigmund Lipinsky" whose art is featured on the walls, and great grandson and wife now operate the suites as their business.

This Rome accommodation is furnished with queen sized bed with luxurious furnishings, small desk and a flat screen monitor for satellite TV or to connect a laptop for a larger screen.

The two suites also have a private balcony where you can relax, take an aperitivo and admire the rooftops of the local area. Complimentary buffet breakfast is also either on this balcony or in the breakfast room.

This is one of the most romantic settings in Rome.

The Spanish Steps is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome; a daily busy hive of people shopping at the designer stores drinking at the upmarket bars and eating at excellent restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbourhood.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
