Terrific location for this spacious Rome apartment: Just 50 meters from the Pantheon, you will reach all the main sites in 3 - 5 minutes. This Rome apartment is comfortable and comes with all the modern comforts you'd require for your stay in Rome.

This Rome apartment features an entrance, a living room with two red libraries, a dining area and a sofa bed for two.Close to the living room you will find the completely equipped kitchen. The kitchen and the living room, have a lovely view over a small piazza that during the morning hosts a characteristic little market.

The sleeping area, opposite of the living room, has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom; they both overlook an internal courtyard so the apartment is quiet at night. The two bathrooms are between the bedrooms.

Built more than 1800 years ago, the magnificent Pantheon building still stands as a reminder of the great Roman empire. Here you'll be in the center of the city and close to all the resurants and cafes.

Many pros: Excellent location near Parthenon and Piazza Navona, above a daily market and near several restaurants and a fine supermarket. Extremely clean and convenient apartment with access to clothes washer (no dryer). Very comfortable beds (important!). Good size apartment for four people. One easy flight of stairs. Full bath plus half bath. Concierge is welcoming and helpful. Cons: Need more plates, cups, bowls, and glasses in kitchen (cutlery and cookware are adequate). Not much natural light in apartment, yet too much light filters into first bedroom from the piazza at night. Steady and annoying drip echoes from courtyard when it rains. Overall: Our family of four was very pleased with our last-minute arrangements; there were no surprises. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Holiday Velvet for any apartment rental.

The apartment was clean and very well located. We were able to walk to all the sites and were surrounded by great restaurants and really enjoyed the fruit market that was in the square each morning. The kitchen was lacking crockery and the washing machine was on the roof of the building. The surrounding wine bars meant there was music sounding until about 1 am most nights. The double glazed windows helped with that. Good accommodation for four people - five was a bit cosy.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
