This Rome accommodation has all the comforts in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. This apartment in Rome features beautiful hard wood floors and modern kitchen and bathroom. As you step directly into the living room, you'll see the little balcony overlooking the street below.

A low wall separates the open but large and fully equipped kitchen from the living room. Close to the kitchen the bathroom has a shower and further on, the bedroom is spacious and has the access to the same balcony

Sixth floor with lift (16 steps before the lift).

This lovely Rome accommodation has been completely restructured by a youngrnarchitect (2009) and is located in a quiet little street behind Castel Sant'Angelo. Walking distance to Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, very close to Saint Peter's.

The apartment was well situated for all sight seeing. It was clean and spacious. The only criticism I can make was the lack of mirrors. There was only one in the bathroom and none in the bedroom.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
