This terraced Rome vacation apartment rental is just behind Piazza Navona, in the very heart of the historical center of Rome. Walking distance from the most famous Roman landmarks: Campo dei Fiori, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colisseum and Trastevere.

Apartment rental in Piazza Navona "Dolce Navona" is situated on the first floor (no elevator) of an ancient palazzo. It's a large 100 sq. meter apartment with a wonderful terrace.

The terrace is completely equipped with plants, umbrellas, table and chairs - an ideal spot for relaxing outside in the summer and cooking romantic dinners.

This elegant apartment is tastefully decorated and extremely well appointed, it has been carefully restored while maintaining the beautiful wooden beamed ceilings and the hand made “Cotto” floor.

This Rome vacation apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed for two people. A separate dining room with access to the terrace. There's a large double bedroom, a small but well equipped kitchen and the bathroom with shower is next door to the kitchen.

This Rome vacation apartment rental is in the Piazza Navona area, basically the heart of the historical center. Here you can watch the mimes or the "move-for-a-penny-statues" while sitting in one of the open-air cafes. The central fountain by Gianlorenzo Bernini represents the four rivers of the then-known continents - a masterpiece of baroque art and one of Rome's most famous. There are many bars and restaurants nearby - from classy up-market establishments to traditional Roman trattorias. This is true Rome and one of the most beautiful areas in the city.

The appartment is clean and very nice with a huge patio.SUPER location. The owner Simone was very helpful.The first night ( Saturday) was extreme noisy due to a winebars music just below us.Did not stop untill after 2 a.m.The following nights were noisy too due to small nice cafes just around the corner , but bearable.Appart from that a 5 star stay.Good service from Holiday velvets office.

Excellent location with easy access to all the main sites. The area has everything you need, shops, restaurants, bars etc. Definitely good value and to be recommeded. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming. The only negatives were; the furniture is a little tired; there is no internet connection; the terrace could be better cared for. My husband cleaned it and watered the plants thoroughly. Good place to stay.

Nice flat in a great central location but would have been tight for four. First floor balcony located over a bar might have been a problem for us - fortunately the bar was closed when we stayed.

Great appartment, the world is at the door, fresh veg stall, supermarket, bars and restaurants, Piazza Navonna two minutes walk. The appartment is everything that is needed for two people, it is very secure, clean,well appointed and the terrace is wonderful for outside dining. Would definately stay again.

Dolce Navona was PERFECT for our family of four, in style, convenience and location. Charming cobblestoned streets filled with shops, cafes and restaurants were just outside the entrance to this beautiful apartment. (In the mornings, a restaurant just outside the door to the apartment served as a produce market, with some of the most beautiful fruit and vegetables imaginable, and a well-stocked salumeria was only steps away.) In one direction, the bustling and beautiful Piazza Navona lay only a few short blocks; in the other, a bridge across the Tiber led to Castel S'ant Angelo and St. Peter's. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance - although the charm of the neighborhood itself kept us occupied for MANY happy hours. The apartment's wood beamed ceilings and antique furnishings and appointments made us feel like natives, while we spent many hours relaxing and enjoying the warm Roman sun on the beautiful (and LARGE) terrace. We have already recommended this apartment to family members who are planning a trip to Italy next summer and will be happy to return ourselves someday. Bravo to Holiday Velvet for representing such a lovely property (the charming owner of which operates a small shop just a block away). Transportation to the apartment was just as ordered and the young man who checked us in was extremely helpful, even to arranging a taxi to the train station at the end of our stay. Our experience in Rome could not have been better, thanks to this lovely apartment and the professionalism of Holiday Velvet. Grazie!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
