Rome apartment Corso O is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a Palazzo right on via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The Palazzo is set back in an internal courtyard so that although you are right in the center of town, you can enjoy peace and quietness.

This tastefully furnished and modern Rome apartment comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), another bathroom with shower closer to the spacious living/dining room (with sofa-bed for two) and a kitchenette corner.

The Spanish Steps is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome, pumping daily with people, designer stores and upmarket bars and restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street.

The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighborhood.

There is a metro station just outside the Spanish Steps from which you can reach Rome's main train station "Roma Termini".

Excellent location, close to all the sights. Quality of service very good, good follow-up ie owner checking all was well during our stay. This apartment is particularly suitable for winter visits as it's very cosy.

I just wanted to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and found both your agency, Mr. Caruso and the taxi service to be very professional. Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
