The location of this beautiful accommodation in Rome is perfect to explore the Eternal City. You'll be a few steps from Campo dei Fiori, Navona Square and the Pantheon and walking distance from all the important sites: Trevi Fountain, Imperial Forum, the Spanish Steps and the Vatican.

Although central, this Rome accommodation is very quiet and tranquil as the apartment is located in a small side street. This accommodation has been completely remodelled and is elegantly furnished including the beautiful wooden antique ceiling and wooden floors.

The living room with dining area comes with a sofa bed for two. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is covered by a lovely decorated panel.

The bedroom is cozy and comes with a comfortable double bed. There is a spacious bathroom that is decorated with red and white tiles and two panels decorated with hand painted tiles that represent a bunch of flowers.

This Rome accommodation is in Campo di Fiori which is located in the heart of the Centro Storico, the historic centre of Rome and close to the Jewish Ghetto and Piazza Navona. The Vatican is also just across the river Tiber. This ancient piazza is at the heart of Rome and has become a popular spot for people to hang out to admire wonderful Renaissance and Baroque buildings, street artists, musicians and poets. By day Campo de' Fiori is dominated by a world famous outdoor food market. By late afternoon a large team of street cleaners have removed any trace of the market and it becomes the lazy hangout for those having a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many outdoor bars lining the piazza. In the summer people spill out of the bars into the piazza and it has a party like atmosphere. The area always has a vibrant feel and is home to some of the best restaurants in town.

The location of Casa Sara is fantastic. Not only is it in the heart of the old town but also right next to the famous Pizzeria Da Baffetto. It was just a 5 minute walk to Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori. The apartment is small but very cosy. It was equiped with a microwave, coffee cooker, cuttlery, plates etc. The only fault I found was the lack of cleanliness: the pillow cases on the sofa, the bed cover and the place mats were full of stains. Other then that it was great. With a small balcony it would have been perfect.

WE all very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Sara. It is so centrally located in Rome, we were able to walk everywhere and take in all the sights without ever having to get on a bus. I left a note for the owner that the shower door is about to fall off and the nozzle has a hole in it so the water sprays everywhere, but everything else was perfect for our needs. We loved the hussle and bustle of the city and the restaurants all being so close by. The place is small but adequate and very clean. We were also very glad that we had a Holiday Velvet driver pick us up at the airport in Rome when we arrived and brought us directly to the apartment.

Location was terrific. Close to Piazza Navona, lots of cafes and bus stops were a quick walk up the laneway. The flat was clean and with thoughtful functionality. Eg washing powder was provided. Coffee was in the cupboard. There was noise from the bar downstairs but after busy days sightseeing, it only kept us awake for about 3 minutes! I would recommend this flat.

The property was as advertised and was very clean. Only problem was that the sofa bed in the living room was right above a noisy street and restuarant. We had to move our little boys mattress into the bedroom beside us, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to sleep. However the flat is ideal for a couple with no children - no noise could be heard from the bedroom. Location is excellent - everything and I mean everything was within easy walking distance and Buffetta's restaurant (apparently makes the best pizza in Rome) is in this street.

Very nice apartment in a great location. The apartment had everything we needed and was modern and clean. The area was alive with activity but the bedroom was very quiet for sleeping. Highly recommended.

The flat was fine. Given that one had to pay 35 euro for cleaning, it was not spotlessly clean. It was most conveniently placed. Instructions could mention that it is an easy bus ride (40 or 64 ) from Termini to Chiesa Nuova. Some wineglasses and better winebottle opener could help. Just outside were the most highly regarded Pizzeria and Gelateria in the city.

This apartment was in an excellent location, only a 2 minute walk from the Piazza Navona and walkable to all major areas. It had nice modern furnishings and facilities. We did have a slight problem with the bathroom but this was dealt with immediately on calling the office. The staff we spoke to in the Italian office were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment for a couple travelling to Rome and would go back there if we return. It was good value for money in terms of location and facilities.

Casa Sara is a splendid little apartment ,quietly situated but in an interesting part of the old town. There are excellent bars and restaurants nearby and the apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and fully intend to return!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
