This Rome apartment rental is situated in a central area and still offers you peace and quiet. This Rome apartment is spacious and luminous and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a spacious well equipped kitchen. The living room and one of the bedrooms have access to a nice outdoor balcony.

As soon as you enter this Rome apartment you will find on your right the spacious bedroom with two single beds. Further down the corridor you will reach the kitchen, on your right and opposite side, there is the spacious living room. The living of this Rome apartment rental has a sofa bed for 2.

At the end of the corridor there is the double bedroom adjacent to the bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom with the twin beds, is near by the bathroom with the tub.

This Rome apartment rental is located 10 minutes walking distance to Saint Peters Church. Just around the corner, you will find the Metro (Five stops to Spanish Steps, and four to Piazza del Popolo). If you choose to take the bus (7 minutes ride to the Pantheon) that takes you to all main historical sites of Rome.

The location is fantastic, you will find yourself surrounded by many shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes.

this apartment well suited our large group and was good value for money. Bathrooms had been updated, not the kitchen which wasn't that well equipped and due to the high temperatures in August and lack of airconditioning it was very hot at night. We had a great time though and it was only a short walk to the metro to access all of Rome.

The apartment was clean and if we had any questions or problems, the owner was prompt to answer or fix it. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and the apartment was close to bus and metro terminal which saved a lot of money in traveling in Rome! Great location.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
