The leather white comfortable sofa bed in the living room are by Flli Campana. The bedroom features antique Birmanian upholstery and furniture.

There are black corridors that flow into bright and luminous spaces like the beautiful living room and dining room and the contrast of colours including the light spots and the peculiarity of the furniture make of this apartment a very unique.

This Rome accommodation is near to the Spanish Steps which is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome; a daily busy hive of people shopping at the designer stores drinking at the upmarket bars and eating at excellent restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street. The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbourhood.

My husband and I arrived in Rome for two days of business, and five of pleasure. The business part paid for a lovely but "tiny" hotel room, and my choice to move to an apartment managed by Holiday Velvet, rather than extend the hotel stay was the best move EVER. The apartment was huge and just as beautiful in person as it appeared on the web site. And the Holiday Velvet staff could not have been more helpful in arranging all the details regarding the car service pick-up at the airport, all the necessary info on our Rome contact and meeting time at the apartment, to the pick-up going back to the airport.. Everything went so smoothly. Like velvet! I highly recommend them, and will contact them again at any opportunity. Margie Gilbert

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
