This large apartment rental in Rome (110 square meters) is located 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps of Rome. This Rome apartment is Mediterranean in style and extremely well kept by charming owners Maurizio and his yoga-teacher wife Patrizia.

There is a large and bright living room looking out onto via Mario dei Fori, one of these charming and elegant streets that make the Spanish Area such a special place to stay. The living room has comfortable sofas including 2 single sofa beds.

There are 3 double bedrooms (convertible into twin beds) and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath tub/shower.

The kitchen located by the entrance and comes with a microwave oven, and has a dining area with seating for 6.

This apartment rental in Rome is near to the Spanish Steps which is a beautiful and elegant area in Rome, pumping daily with people, designer stores and upmarket bars and restaurants.

Piazza di Spagna is found just south of Villa Borghese park, midway between Piazza Barberini and Piazza del Popolo and just off the Via del Corso, Rome's main shopping street.

The area is a very upmarket residential area, inhabited by Roman families who live there seemingly oblivious to the tourism and enjoying life - like in any regular neighbuorhood.

There is a metro station just outside the Spanish Steps from which you can reach Rome's main train station "Roma Termini".

The location was fantastic -so easy to walk around, buy groceries and see the wonderful sites and shops of central Rome. not the easiest place to reach legally by car - it is in a restricted zone, so we had problems leaving - getting our bags to a hired car. by taxi it is ok though.

Service from Velvet holidays was great, apartment we chose was in a fabulous location, was spacious and had every thing we required for our stay. Only negative comment was that one of the showers had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the bedrooms other than the main bedroom were of average standard. The air conditioning units were too loud to have operating. Overall however a good choice for our family and a very enjoyable stay. Thankyou.

My in-laws, my three sons, and my wife and I stayed. Loved the location. The coop and the metro being so close. My first time renting an apartment in Rome. Great way to stay and a great apartment to stay in...!

I recently returned from Italy with my husband and two teenager daughters and spent days on the internet trying to find the perfect accomodations in Rome, Florence and Venice. We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Gialla which was much larger than I had anticipated. It had 3 bedrooms, one large bathroom and other one was long and narrow. The apartment was in the PERFECT location, just a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, lovely boutiques next to the apartment, a grocery store just 4 doors down from us, and a restaurant right across the street which had wonderful croissants and coffee for breakfast. We ate at the BEST restaurant on our last day in Rome which was on our street, just a few doors down from our apartment called Gabriella which I highly recommend. We were picked up from the airport and met at the apartment by the manager who went over the appliances, air conditioning, internet, etc. and we had no problems for the 5 days that we were there. The apartment was nicely decorated and extremely spacious and I would definitely go back again.

The apartment was great and the location even better. The only (small) criticism was the shower in the front bathroom. Overall, though, we loved it!

Tha apartment was lovely and in a superb location. there were seven adults and we manged very well. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and the local supermarket is just two minutes away. The biggest problem we found was on the last day when we had late flights home and had to leave the apartment by 10.00am, which meant we had to take taxis up to the Termini Railway station to leave our suitcases at the left luggage office and then do the same in reverse to collect them when we were ready to leave. It would be handy if Maurizio could organise something for future tenants. We would use the apartment again if that problem could be solved. Perhaps if he did not have anyone going in on the same day he could add a small charge and allow the luggage to be left there until mid-afternoon. Thanks again, Rome is wonderful.

apartment was very central and easy to find, The person meeting us was excellent with his orientation of the facility and helpful with the surrounding area. accommodated the 6 of us very nicely. Would stay here again if we are in Rome

Location was excellent. Flat very good and given loacation and the fact we were a party of five, the flat meant we could all stay together, meet up in mornings and evenings and stay together compared to using hotel accommodation. A supermarket only metres away was a big bonus also. Overall very pleased with this accomodation, the way we were looked after and our Holiday Velvet experience. Many Thanks

Excellent location near Spanish Steps and close to supermarket, restaurants and shops. Comfortable apartment well suited for a family with children. Arrival service was very proficient and helpful. A great place to stay.

Cancellation Policy

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 30 days: if a client cancels within 30 days of their arrival, you will also be liable for 1 night of the total rental
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
