Ideal location for this lovely Rome vacation apartment: few steps behind the Trevi Fountain. This Rome accommodation is well kept and beautifully furnished, complete with modern comforts and artistic wooden sculptures.

This Rome accommodation features a living room where you will find also a round table with a computer and Internet connection. The living room gives access to the other rooms.

In front of the entrance the two bedrooms are comfortably furnished and the master bedroom has also a lovely balcony with a beautiful view over the front buildings dating back to the beginning of '800. On the left side of the entrance you will find the brand new kitchen, and following the large bathroom with shower.

This Rome vacation apartment is located in the Trevi Fountai areas and only a few minutes to the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps and Campo dei Fiori. The area offers the best shops, restaurants and cafes in town.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
