This apartment rental in Rome is tastefully furnished, very cosy and welcoming and located in the very center of historical Rome. It has beautiful beamed wooden ceilings through out and also wooden floors.

The apartment comprises of a dining room as soon as you enter with a large table. An ancient painted door in this room, connects to the kitchenette. Close to this room, there is the access to a WC that has a balcony overlooking an internal court yard.

Further on the dining room, you will find a sitting room that offers two comfortable sofa beds, two of each are double beds. From this room you can enter the double bed room that is cozy and luminous with a bathroom “en suite”.

The Rome apartment rental is situated around the corner of Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and the Pantheon. With only few minutes walking, you can reach the Spanish Steps, the Vatican and Trastevere. The area offers the best shops, boutiques and restaurants in the city. In the morning you can enjoy the most characteristic flower market of Campo dei Fiori.

This place was fantastic! Location was great! The unit was very clean. The stairs didn't bother us at all and in fact I felt very safe in this apartment. I would thoroughly recommend.

The location was perfect! My family and I could walk almost anywhere in Rome from this apartment. The walk up the five flights of stairs with luggage was the worse part but the apartment and building were fine. We had cool air in the bedroom and living area. The kitchen was just a tiny closet but adequate for us for our three day stay. The street the apartment was located on was charming. I would love to come back to Rome and stay in this apartment again!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Farnese. Plenty of space, great room and very well presented. We felt the apartment was good value and the location is awesome. Lots of stairs and needs more TV channels to accomodate a family's needs. Overall, a great stay, thanks.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
